Company Philosophy

Everyone has an innate “Jewel”, that is talent.

We believe that all individuals are born with innate skills and talents, or "jewels".

Our responsibility as educators is to help identify, foster, and polish these skills, and provide our full support to ensure our students can use these skills to perform to the best of their abilities later in life.

The “invisible staircase” enabling the realization of one’s dreams.

Life is like an invisible staircase we all have to climb. We discover our dreams, set goals to achieve them, and then act on our own accord.

By fulfilling the goals students set for themselves, they are further encouraged to set even higher challenges, thereby instilling in them a sense of motivation and self-confidence.

“自分力” – the Power of Independence

By discovering and fostering students' innate jewels, and instilling within them the self-confidence and motivation to set and achieve goals of their own making, we strive to provide students with the "Power of Independence" - the ability the think for oneself, act for oneself, and decide for oneself, and successfully carve out a future of one's own choosing.
